Mattie Meza is beginning her third year as an educator at Knowledge Quest Academy, following a year of student teaching in fourth and fifth grades. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Mattie maintains a professional teaching license with endorsements in K–6 Elementary Education, 7–12 Science, and 6–8 Mathematics, along with designations for English Learner professional development and READ Act training. Beyond the classroom, she is beginning her first year coaching volleyball and contributes to KQA through PTO and community outreach activities.
